Bio

Mason Blevins came to Sterling in the fall of 2023 as the Director of Cross Country and Track and Field. Originally from Somerset, Ky., Blevins earned a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communication from Morehead State University in 2018.

Right out of school, Blevins started working in Sports Ministry on the Track and Field side of Athletes in Action. In 2022, he became the assistant cross country and track and field coach for John Brown University.

While at Sterling he has coached five KCAC All-Conference athletes, one NAIA All-American, eight NCCAA All-Americans and has seen 10 school records broken. This past year Blevins led his team to a third-place finish in at the 2025 NCCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

He lives in Sterling with his wife Emily and their baby boy.
