Bio

Ean Heise is from Oklahoma City, Okla., and came to Sterling College as a transfer student in the fall of 2021. After short stints at Bethel College and Oklahoma State University, Heise played basketball for the Warriors for three years.

He graduated from Sterling College in the spring of 2024 with a bachelor's degree in applied mathematics, and joined the men’s basketball coaching staff the following fall as a graduate assistant.

While working as a GA for the Warriors, Heise also taught high school mathematics at Lyons High School. He has now transitioned out of teaching into a full-time coaching role with the team. He also took on the additional role of Resident Director of Kilbourn Hall and Intramurals Director for Student Life.

Heise currently lives in Sterling, Kan.
