Langford Named KCAC Offensive Player of Week

STERLING, Kan. – Sterling College Quarterback Reggie Langford was named the KCAC Offensive Player of the Week for week six of the 2013 football season.

Langford, a 6-2, 180 lb. Quarterback, completed 11 of 17 passes for 170 yards and four touchdowns in a, 54-9, win over Bethel College. Langford also ran for 117 of Sterling's 259 rushing yards. He had one rushing touchdown and no turnovers on the day.

So far in the 2013 Season, Langford has averaged 86.8 rushing yards and 93.2 passing yards with a total of 180 yards of offense a game. But Langford has really come out as an offensive weapon during Sterling's three game winning streak. Langford has averaged 83.7 yards rushing but has blossomed into a passing machine averaging 159.7 yards passing in the past three games. The total touchdown amount has increased as well with Langford. In the past three games Langford has accounted for two, four, and five touchdowns.
