Bio

Hailing from San Antonio, Texas, Vincent Giordanelli brings a wealth of experience and a passion for the game to the Sterling program.

Giordanelli graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1991, earning a bachelor’s degree in mathematics with a concentration in education. His academic background laid the foundation for a successful career in education, where he served as a high school math teacher for 31 years.

During his time as an educator, Giordanelli also had the opportunity to coach high school tennis for several years.

Before joining Sterling College, Giordanelli retired from his teaching career in 2022 and took on the role of an advanced tennis coach at a non-profit tennis club.

Giordanelli’s coaching philosophy centers around the idea that hard work and a positive attitude can lead to great accomplishments on and off the court.

Giordanelli resides in San Antonio with his wife, Kimberly, and their daughter’s cat. They have three children, each pursuing their own paths in education and athletics.
