Head Coach - 1st Season

White comes to Sterling from Emporia State University in Emporia, Kan., where he was an assistant baseball coach under Bob Fornelli for the 2015-2016 season. While there, he worked with position players for the Hornets baseball program. He also focused on recruiting, office responsibilities, travel, as well as practice plans and in- game management.

Prior to Emporia State, White began his coaching career at Coffeyville Community College under John Martin in Coffeyville, Kan. in the fall of 2012. As an assistant, he helped lead the Red Ravens to the 2013 Regional Finals and achieved the most overall wins and the most conference wins in school history. Following his time at Coffeyville, White spent two seasons in Tahlequah, Okla., as a graduate assistant with the Northeastern State University Riverhawks baseball program under Travis Janssen where he worked with position players. White received his Master's Degree in Kinesiology from NSU in May of 2014. There, he helped the Riverhawks reach the MIAA Conference Tournament Final Four, its deepest furthest postseason run since 2001. 

White holds an Associate's Degree from Highland Community College, B.A. in Communications from Emporia State University and a Master of Science in Kinesiology from Northeastern State University
