LINDSBORG, Kan. – On the road in a KCAC matchup, the Sterling College Lady Warriors handled the Bethany College Swedes in convincing fashion. Sterling upended the Swedes in Hahn Gymnasium 77-53 using a team field goal percentage of 0.450 and a team three-point percentage of 0.450 to outshoot BC in the Lady Warrior victory.

Kelly Curtis (5-6 SR Guard) and Cassi Spleiss (5-8 JR Guard) led SC in scoring with 18 points each. Curtis added three assists on the night while Spleiss collected four rebounds. Megan Patrick (6-0 SR Forward) scored 12 points including two three-point baskets. Kayla Eilert (5-6 JR Guard) was also in double figures for Sterling with 10 points and four rebounds.

Tasha Wagoner was the only Swede to score in double figures with 15 points.

With the win, Sterling improves to 15-9, 10-5 in the KCAC and will host Bethel College in the Gleason Center on Saturday at 5:00 pm. Watch the game live on the Sterling College Sports Network.
