WICHITA, Kan. - On Saturday the Lady Warrior softball team faced off against the Friends University Falcons and continued conference play in the KCAC.  

The first game was started by Miranda Ybarra (FR/Riverside, Calif.) of Sterling and Brenna Westemeir of Friends.  Sterling had a hard time bringing any runs in throughout the duration of the entire first game.  Friends had their biggest inning of the game in the bottom of the third scoring five runs.  The Lady Warriors had three hits in the game, while Friends had six.  The Falcons would put one more run on the board in the bottom of the fifth inning and would hold Sterling to no runs.  The Falcons won the first game 0-6.

SALINA, Kan. - The Lady Warrior softball team traveled to Salina to play the Lady Coyotes of Kansas Wesleyan University on Wednesday evening and continue KCAC play.  Abreanna Landeros started the first game of the double header for Sterling facing Daria Leid from KWU. Haydn Tabola and Rebecca Dickerson both scored in the first inning with Dickerson hitting a home run to bring in Tabola.

WINFIELD, Kan. - The Sterling College Lady Warriors traveled to Southwestern College on Saturday to continue KCAC conference play.  The Lady Warriors were looking to get their first conference win of the season against Southwestern. Sterling was 0-2 going into the doubleheader in conference play.

STERLING, Kan. - The Lady Warriors hosted the Ottawa University Lady Braves Tuesday evening for both teams first KCAC matchups of the season. Ottawa would start the scoring early in both games and keep their lead over the Lady Warriors to sweep the double header in Sterling 7-2 and 13-1.
