Sterling, Kan. – The Sterling College Warriors had a late equalizing goal called back due to offsides as Sterling lost 1-0 to Friends University on Saturday in Sterling, Kansas. Sterling was outshot in the match 23-6, but still found a way to stay in the game while also playing a man down after Jordan Getting picked up his second yellow card in the 62nd minute.

McPherson, Kan. – The Sterling College Warrior men's soccer team kept the game against the McPherson College Bulldogs in McPherson, Kansas close until the second half as Sterling lost 0-4 to the Bulldogs on Wednesday night. McPherson outshot the Warriors in the match 22-10.

Ottawa, Kan. – Coach Jeff Kidd and the Sterling College Warriors picked up their second victory of the season in a 2-1 upset of previous unbeaten in the KCAC opponent Ottawa University on Wednesday night in Ottawa, Kansas. Sterling came from behind in the second half to score the equalizer and then the go ahead goal to earn the victory. 

Winfield, Kan. – In dramatic, comeback fashion, the Sterling College Warriors men's soccer team earned their first victory of the 2011 season by defeating the Southwestern College Moundbuilders 3-2 on Wednesday night in Winfield, Kansas.  After trailing 0-2 at the half, the Warriors would score three second half goals within ten minutes of each other to earn the victory.
